Structural Fabrication Estimator

📋 Description

• Perform detailed material takeoffs and quantity takeoffs for structural metal fabrication projects
• Prepare accurate estimates, bids, and pricing proposals
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to identify scope and potential cost
• Prepare submittals, revisions, and RFI responses
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, clients, and internal team members
• Collaborate remotely with senior estimator to review estimates and maintain pricing accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of structural fabrication estimating experience
• Strong experience with takeoffs, bid preparation, and cost estimation
• Background in structural steel, custom metal fabrication, or related heavy fabrication
• Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of estimate accuracy
• Fluent English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
