Provide on-set operational and logistical support (setup, breakdown, talent coordination)
Follow production leads during shoots, upholding safety standards
Coordinate equipment logistics (collection, transport, return) with the team
Manage gear fulfilment: reservations, orders, staging for shoots
Maintain gear inventory with daily checks and monthly audits
Track consumables and tools, ensuring stock levels and documented distribution

🎯 Requirements

1–2 years experience in production operations or studio coordination
Strong organizational and time-management across multiple productions
Excellent communicator; able to collaborate with diverse teams
Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-team environment with shifting priorities
Familiar with inventory/reservation/project management tools (Cheqroom, Monday.com)
Physically capable of gear handling, setup/breakdown, shipping logistics
Based in Los Angeles; full-time onsite presence
