Studio Manager - Lima

📋 Description

• Manage the Lima studio, including workforce planning, people management, and operations.
• Serve as primary studio lead, reporting to Head of Studio Content, aligning with global objectives.
• Lead new initiatives and projects with internal stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end project delivery from planning to post-launch evaluation.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, and equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Monitor Lima studio streams to meet KPIs and quality benchmarks.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ops management experience, preferably in 24/7 environments with shift-based staffing.
• Strong people management; ability to lead and motivate large, diverse teams.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and building high-performing teams.
• Budget management, cost tracking, and strict invoice control.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced settings.
• Proficiency in English (B2+) and Spanish.
