Manage day-to-day operations and studio team.
Oversee Retail Architecture & Design projects.
Understand financial tools and reports.
Ensure proposals and contracts are in place.
Review project budgets prior to contract executions.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years architecture experience.
Leadership experience preferred.
Experience with retail projects.
Business development experience and strong local network preferred.
CAD and Revit knowledge.
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
