Study Manager Biosafety Testing

📋 Description

• Design, execute, and document studies to high quality standards according to guidelines and QA
• Translate customer inquiries into clear study protocols and prepare structured study reports.
• Review results, identify deviations, troubleshoot, and coordinate with laboratory staff and QA.
• Communicate with customers on scientific content, progress, and outcomes throughout the study.
• Support audits and inspections from a scientific/methodological perspective.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Marketing, and Sales.

🎯 Requirements

• MSc in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology or related field.
• Experience managing studies/projects in a lab/research setting.
• Familiarity with GMP guidelines preferred.
• Cell biology and/or molecular biology techniques preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Dutch is a plus.
• Customer- and result-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
