Lead/discover translation ops; map content, glossaries, TM assets onto platform.
Configure platform: service tiers, glossaries, TM imports, language pairs, roles, routing.
Migrate translation assets into the platform; ensure data integrity.
Deliver role-based training for Requesters, Reviewers, Approvers, Admins.
Create end-user docs and SOPs with visuals from running portal.
Drive adoption via hands-on enablement and user support.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in related field; MBA/ PMP a plus.
5+ years in implementing translation/localization/platforms for enterprises.
Hands-on with Translation Management Systems, CAT tools, TM concepts.
Familiar with TMX, XLIFF, CSV/Excel asset migration formats.
Knowledge of ISO 17100 and ISO 18587 standards.
Experience delivering end-user training and writing user docs.
