🎯 Requirements

• Native Nepali with strong professional English proficiency
• 5+ years in healthcare or social assistance sectors
• Experience in roles such as RN, NP, Medical/Health Services Manager, or Administrative Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare administration
• Ability to evaluate accuracy, safety implications, and operational realism
