🎯 Requirements

• Native Odia with strong professional English proficiency
• 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare or social assistance
• Background in RN, NP, Health Services Manager, Medical Secretary, or Admin Supervisor roles
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare administration, and patient care standards
• Ability to evaluate accuracy, safety, and operational realism in healthcare content
