🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Bengali, strong professional English.
• 5+ years in Manufacturing, Industrial Ops, Production Mgmt, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Experience in Purchasing/Procurement, Production Supervision, IE, or Logistics.
• Strong grasp of industrial workflows, safety, production, procurement, and Indian contexts.
