📋 Description

• Design realistic manufacturing and industrial scenarios in English or Malayalam in Indian contexts.
• Ground scenarios in production workflows, procurement, quality control, logistics and inventory management.
• Adapt evaluation rubrics for operations, inventory and production tasks.
• Review AI and human outputs for accuracy, efficiency, safety and realism.
• Contribute to gold-standard solutions across Indian manufacturing and supply chain ops.
• Support an AI benchmarking project focused on Indian industrial environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Malayalam with strong professional English.
• 5+ years in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Background in Purchasing and Procurement, or Production Supervision.
• Experience in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Eng, or Inventory control.
• Strong understanding of industrial workflows and procurement in India.
