• Adapt evaluation rubrics for analytical reasoning, technical problem-solving, and project management tasks
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, professional standards, and operational realism
• Contribute to gold standard solutions across German professional services, legal operations, accounting, project management, and technology environments

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level German with strong professional English
• 5+ years in Professional Services, Tech, Legal, Accounting, Audit, or PM
• Background in roles such as Accounting & Auditing, IT/Info Systems, Legal, PM, or Software Development
• Strong understanding of workflows, regulatory/compliance requirements, operations, delivery methodologies, and German business
