🎯 Requirements

• Native Hindi with strong professional English
• 5+ years in Real Estate, Property Management, Leasing, Hospitality, or Community Operations
• Background in roles: Property/Community Management, Real Estate Brokerage, Real Estate Sales, Leasing Ops, Concierge & Guest Services, Rental Services, Tenant Relations, or Facilities Coordination
• Strong understanding of customer service workflows and Indian real estate environments
