🎯 Requirements

• Native Marathi with strong professional English proficiency
• 5+ years in Real Estate, Property Management, Leasing, Hospitality or Community Ops
• Background in Property/Community Mgmt, Brokerage, Sales, Leasing Ops or Concierge & Guest Services
• Strong understanding of customer service workflows and Indian real estate
