🎯 Requirements

• Native Odia with strong professional English proficiency
• 5+ years of professional experience in Real Estate, Property Management, Leasing, Hospitality Services, or Community Operations
• Background in roles such as Property/Community Association Management, Real Estate Brokerage, Real Estate Sales, Leasing Operations, Concierge & Guest Services, Rental Services, Tenant Relations, or Facilities Coordination
• Strong understanding of customer service workflows, leasing and sales operations, property management practices, and Indian real estate environments
