• Adapt evaluation rubrics for customer interactions and leasing workflows
• Review AI and human responses for accuracy and realism
• Contribute to gold-standard solutions across India real estate

🎯 Requirements

• Native Urdu with strong professional English proficiency
• 5+ years in Real Estate, Property Management, Leasing, Hospitality Services, or Community Operations
• Background in Property/Community Association Mgmt, Real Estate Brokerage, Real Estate Sales, Leasing Ops, Concierge & Guest Services, Rental Services, Tenant Relations, or Facilities Coordination
• Strong understanding of customer service workflows, leasing and sales operations, property management, and Indian real estate environments
