Collaborate with Director on frontend; produce production-ready systems
Own data quality and end-to-end operational reliability

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in data, analytics, or backend engineering
Production data warehouse experience (SQL, dbt or similar, Python)
Experience building/operating scheduled pipelines and webhook-driven services
Experience taking products from development to production with live users
Familiarity with CS tooling: CS platforms, CRM, marketing automation, or support systems
Deep AI experience: designing AI workflows and production deployment

🎁 Benefits
