Success Manager - Partner Insights & Enablement

📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of Truveta customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, research execution
• Guide customers through research and analytics workflows, including cohort definition and study
• Translate goals into clear requirements and coordinate with product, research, engineering, and
• Manage customer education, enablement, and executive-ready communications.
• Build trusted relationships with clinical, analytics, and research stakeholders; act as strategic
• Identify opportunities to deepen product adoption and expand customer impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in EMR/RWD/RWE, public health research, or regulatory submissions.
• 2+ years in customer success, account management, or healthcare analytics.
• Experience with public health research, epidemiology, outcomes research, or clinical research.
• Strong project and stakeholder management; effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results.
