📋 Description

• Deliver SAP SuccessFactors Performance solutions for global enterprise environments.
• Lead functional delivery teams across onshore and offshore models.
• Guide clients on SAP best practices and SuccessFactors roadmap developments.
• Support business process transformation within global HR programmes.
• Contribute to RFP responses and pre-sales activities.
• Demonstrate solutions to prospective clients and build client relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules with a focus on Performance.
• Experience leading large-scale global implementations.
• Strong business process design and transformation experience.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of emerging HR technologies and digital transformation.
• Familiarity with Qualtrics and SAP WorkZone; pre-sales/demo experience.
