📋 Description

Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment implementations across enterprise environments.
Configure and optimize SuccessFactors Recruitment to align with business needs.
Advise on best practices and product capabilities.
Drive HR technology-driven process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams during delivery.
Support design, testing, deployment and post-implementation activities.

🎯 Requirements

Extensive experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment solutions.
Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors architecture and HR processes.
Experience leading global HR transformation projects.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience delivering workshops and client presentations.
Familiarity with Qualtrics and SAP WorkZone desirable.
