The HV Superintendent leads HV substation and switchyard field execution for a data center build.
Owns day-to-day site operations from mobilization through turnover.
Drives schedule, coordinates trades, enforces safety and quality.
On-site, mission-critical environment with utility coordination and testing.
Role reports to Construction Manager and Director, Construction.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years supervising HV substation/switchyard or transmission construction.
Hands-on HV substation construction: equipment setting, bus, grounding, wiring, commissioning.
Direct experience with utility outages, switching, energization per utility rules.
Familiar with relay/protection testing (NETA) and utility acceptance/witness processes.
Strong HV safety leadership; MAD, grounding, tagging; OSHA 30 preferred.
Experience managing HV subcontractors and NETA testing firms.
