📋 Description

• The Superintendent, Mechanical leads mechanical and cooling-systems field execution for a new data
• Drives schedule, coordinates trades, and enforces safety and quality from mobilization through
• Owns mechanical trade sequencing across white space and coordinates BIM field work to resolve
• Supports commissioning handoff and ensures completion of installation checklists.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years supervising mechanical trades on data center or mission-critical projects
• Working knowledge of chilled water plants, air and liquid cooling systems, and hydronic distribution
• Experience driving Level 1-5 commissioning prerequisites and turnover docs
• Strong look-ahead planning, manpower loading, and safety leadership
• Experience with Procore/ACC, BIM field use, and full mechanical drawing packages
• Clear documentation habits: dailies, QC records, test docs
