📋 Description

  • Lead MEP field execution for a new data center build
  • Own day-to-day site ops from mobilization through turnover
  • Drive schedule, coordinate trades, enforce safety/quality

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years supervising electrical/mechanical trades
  • Knowledge of MV/LV power distribution, gens, UPS, hydronic cooling
  • Experience with commissioning prerequisites and turnover docs
  • Strong look-ahead planning and manpower loading
  • Safety leadership: NFPA 70E, LOTO; OSHA 30 preferred
  • Procore/ACC, BIM field use, and MEP drawings experience
