Supervising Psychotherapist (CA)

📋 Description

• Supervise Peer Support Specialists; provide mentorship and weekly supervision.
• Review and maintain clinical accuracy and safety of AI therapy services.
• Frontline clinician for AI/peer flagged cases; risk assessment.
• Bridge escalations to human-led intervention; report to Medical Director.
• Conduct audits of AI conversation logs to ensure protocol adherence and safety.
• Monitor outcomes and escalate safety concerns to Medical Director.

🎯 Requirements

• Full, unrestricted psychotherapist (LCSW/LMHC/LPC) or Psychologist licensure.
• California State Licensure required; PSYPACT a plus.
• 3+ years post-licensure experience preferred but not essential.
• Supervisory experience in training clinicians or peer support staff.
• Crisis expertise in risk assessment, crisis intervention, and safety planning.
• Technical aptitude for AI; evaluate machine-generated text in clinical context.
