📋 Description

• Lead a team of Specialty Pharmacy Care Coordinators with west coast hours; oversee daily activities
• Manage work queues and serve as escalation point for Centralized staff
• Determine deployment of care coordinators across teams to support live clients
• Collaborate on methodologies to measure accountability and execution of core functions: prior
• Coach, manage performance, and develop team members
• Provide SME guidance to clients on dispensary operations and implementations
