📋 Description

Oversee clinic operations and study execution across active/upcoming studies
Provide staff supervision, coaching, and schedule coordination
Track clinic metrics, readiness, and documentation quality
Streamline workflows, identify bottlenecks, implement improvements
Partner with Training/Technical Specialist on instrumentation readiness and study prep
Support quality oversight and SOP adherence

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree – preferably in Science, Health Sciences, Nursing, or related field
Minimum 5 years Clinical Research experience
Minimum 2 years supervisory or leadership experience
Experience managing staff, study metrics, clinic readiness, and process improvement
