📋 Description

Lead and supervise Customer MDM operations to meet SLAs and KPIs
Review, approve, and monitor customer master data requests
Manage workload, resources, and prioritization of activities
Act as escalation point for operational and process issues
Ensure timely daily/weekly/month-end activities
Oversee data quality and governance activities with global teams

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Management, or
7+ years in Master Data Management, Customer Master Data, OTC, Shared Services, or Finance
Minimum 4 years of people leadership or supervisory experience
Experience in a global shared services environment preferred
Experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle or equivalent
