Supervisor, Equipment Maintenance - Silicon Assembly (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Lead shift teams of equipment maintenance technicians for 24/7 reliability of silicon assembly
• Execute preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies for high availability and
• Drive rapid troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions on photolithography, die
• Coordinate with production, process engineering, and facilities to schedule maintenance with
• Manage spare parts inventory, vendor coordination, and purchase requisitions on shift
• Support continuous improvement, TPM implementation, and factory scaling initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent technical certification; OR 3+ years of experience in
• 2+ years of experience working in a high-volume manufacturing/operations environment
• 1+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead position
• Prior experience with semiconductor, solar, or advanced automation equipment maintenance
