Supervisor, Facilities (Starlink) - 2nd Shift

📋 Description

• Lead Starlink Bastrop facilities ops team to ensure uninterrupted services
• Drive safety and efficiency via audits and continuous improvement
• Manage third-party service providers to meet standards and contracts
• Plan and execute site improvement projects aligned with business goals
• Maintain and install facilities infrastructure (buildings, HVAC, water)
• Oversee facilities team and contractors; coach and develop staff

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 4+ years in construction or facilities maintenance
• 1+ year of leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering (preferred)
• 2+ years leadership experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
