Supervisor, Field Operations

📋 Description

• Manage daily operation of outside and inside plant network services and technicians involved in
• Serve as the single point of contact between Brightspeed and Contractors to resolve issues during
• Emphasize training, coaching and development of employees on new processes, quality standards
• Lead a team of technicians who meet attendance and performance expectations
• Represent Brightspeed with customers and governmental agencies
• Collaborate with the union to maintain a positive working relationship

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
• 4+ years of experience managing telecom teams
• Strong skills in employee development: training, coaching, mentoring in a union environment
• Computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Word, and legacy systems
• Experience with installation/maintenance of residential and business services, Local Network
• Knowledge of splicing/construction process in the telecom industry
