Supervisor Group Lead - Environment Testing

📋 Description

• Coordinate and prioritize lab workload to meet client needs
• Manage internal projects for on-time delivery and TAT targets
• Release samples and communicate due dates
• Monitor hold times and QC samples for accreditation
• Train new analysts and develop staff in skills and procedures
• Supervise Analysts to ensure testing procedures meet QA and SOPs

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in Chemistry or related field; 6 years experience in lieu of degree
• 4 years in a lab; 1 year of leadership in routine/complex procedures
• GC experience, preferably GC-ECD or GC-FID
• Proficiency in English; authorization to work in the US
