Field-based role ensuring homes are FCS (functional, clean, stocked) and guest-ready
Directly manage a team of housekeepers across your assigned zone
Coordinate with Hospitality Coordinators and other ops managers to align on zone objectives
Visit homes regularly to maintain property-level expertise and anticipate issues
Act as primary ops contact for homeowners, ensuring responsiveness
Collaborate with Guest Experience and Maintenance teams to resolve issues

🎯 Requirements

3–5 years in hospitality, property management, or related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience in fast-paced fieldwork
Problem-solving with a sense of urgency
Tech-savvy with mobile/desktop task tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
