📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high performing QC Lab team
• Oversee lab operations for materials, in-process, and final products
• Prioritize shop floor presence and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage training, performance feedback, and staffing needs
• Ensure procedures align with cGMP and safety standards
• Coordinate instrument needs and maintenance to meet schedules

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific field
• 2+ years QC Lab experience
• Strong knowledge of chemistry, investigations, and lab operations
• Familiarity with cGMPs, regulations, and quality systems
• Problem solving, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to interpret lab data and drive corrective actions
