Supervisor, Logistics (Data Center Operations) - 2nd Shift

📋 Description

• Supervise a team of hourly employees on 2nd shift (2:00 PM–12:00 AM, Mon–Fri with weekends as
• Drive continuous improvement across all logistics operations and lead cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain safe work environment aiming for zero OSHA recordable incidents annually.
• Oversee inbound/outbound inventory, storage, and issuing of parts and hardware.
• Provide industry-leading customer service and adapt to business needs.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving, and internal/external material movements to meet service levels.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in materials management, supply chain, or production; or 4+ years in
• 5+ years ERP/inventory management experience; familiarity with MRP systems.
• 5+ years leadership experience in materials management.
• Experience with WarpDrive and APICS CPIM/CSCP certifications preferred.
• Lean/6-Sigma experience and forklift operation ability.
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to work in fast-paced cross-functional
