Supervisor, Production Warehousing (2nd Night Shift)

📋 Description

• Supervise and develop a team in Weirton, WV on the 2nd shift.
• Improve inbound receipt flow and putaway for space and accuracy.
• Manage lineside deliveries to avoid downtime due to shortages.
• Oversee product transfers to/from main plant and satellites.
• Collaborate with process engineering to develop SOPs and train the team.
• Track KPIs and report month-over-month productivity to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in fast-paced distribution or warehousing ops.
• Proven leadership to coach and retain high-performing teams.
• Bachelor's in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2nd shift availability with training on 1st shift for 2-3 weeks.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP, and inventory control.
• Lean methods familiarity (5S, Kanban) and data-driven problem solving.
