Supervisor SAP Customer Master Data & Analytics

📋 Description

• Lead Customer Master Data governance across SAP S/4HANA and integrated systems.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enable accurate OTC execution and data-driven decisions.
• Drive DSP workflows, data quality controls, and regulatory compliance for customer data.
• Oversee a 3–5 analyst team supporting U.S. sales onboarding and performance management.
• Deliver executive analytics and KPI reporting on data quality and processes.
• Lead process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives for data stewardship.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or Data & Analytics in complex
• Strong understanding of end-to-end OTC processes and cross-functional partnerships.
• Proven ability to influence, drive change, and operate in a global matrixed org.
• PM experience with medium-to-large initiatives using Smartsheet or similar tools.
• Advanced analytical/problem-solving skills; strong Excel, SQL Server, Power BI, Oracle experience.
• Excellent communication; able to engage senior leaders and multiple stakeholders.
