Supervisor SAP Customer Master Data & Analytics

📋 Description

• Lead Customer Master Data vision, roadmap, governance across SAP S/4HANA
• Serve as senior contact for Customer Master Data across functions
• Define global data standards, stewardship, data quality controls
• Drive continuous improvement in Master Data processes
• Oversee MDM/DSP (Syniti) operating models and workflows
• Lead DSP workflows for timely processing and SLA adherence

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or Analytics
• Strong OTC understanding across Finance, CS, Supply Chain, IT
• Proven ability to influence and drive change in global orgs
• Experience improving processes with governance and compliance focus
• PM skills with Smartsheet or similar tools
• Advanced analytics and problem solving, actionable insights
