Experience opening new operations and/or creating operational procedures from the ground up
Advanced knowledge of customer service and problem resolution

Must be willing to travel to other SpaceX locations for significant/extended periods of time as
Willingness to relocate to Starbase, Texas with potential for shift work in a remote location
Schedule varies based on site operational needs, extended hours and weekends could be required
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted
Ability to stand for long periods of time
