Technical POC for rocket parts and assemblies at suppliers
Own NPI for new parts and ramp to rate at suppliers
Improve manufacturability, lead times, and cost
Root cause analysis and containment with cross-functional teams
Create and disposition issue tickets with engineering
Lead containment and supplier qualification efforts

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering
1+ years in manufacturing/process engineering or supplier development
Experience with machining, forming, welding, inspections
Strong problem solving, communication, and teamwork
Familiarity with GD&T, PFMEA, Six Sigma, Minitab
