Supplier Development Engineer (PCB/PCBA)

📋 Description

• Support Starship program with supplier-focused engineering leadership
• Address high-impact manufacturing and quality challenges at suppliers
• Lead new part introductions and ramp production for new/re-sourced parts
• Collaborate across design, R&D, supply chain, reliability, and production teams
• Analyze production data to improve manufacturability, lead times, and cost

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
• 1+ years in manufacturing or process engineering
• Electronics manufacturing knowledge (PCB/PCBA) preferred
• Experience with PCBA equipment (pick & place, reflow, wave solder, AOI/X-ray)
• DFM/DFX improvement experience for product teams
• Strong problem solving and cross-functional communication
