Supplier Development Engineer, PCB/PCBA (Starshield)

📋 Description

• Own continuity of supply for PCBs and components on Starshield
• Collaborate with design, R&D, supply chain, reliability, and production teams
• Review supplier processes to align parts with capabilities
• Identify, audit, and onboard new suppliers
• Develop supplier technical requirements and quality flow downs
• Implement PPAP with suppliers to enable rate production

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
• Experience with PCBs, laminates, electrochemical processes, or microelectronics
• Knowledge of supplier quality processes (PPAP, APQP, SPC) and quality systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environment
