Supplier Development Engineer, PCB (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Own supplier development for PCB portfolio for Starlink User Terminal.
• Build a scalable PCB supplier base for high-volume production ramps.
• Assess supplier capability, capacity, process stability, and readiness for high-volume PCB
• Lead PPAP, FAI, production ramps, and reliability campaigns.
• Develop qualification plans for PCBs and standardize QA protocols across suppliers.
• Drive supplier performance via Lean, scorecards, audits, and root-cause analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Electrical, Materials, RF Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in PCB engineering/quality/reliability or supplier development.
• Strong background in PCB manufacturing, materials, quality systems, reliability.
• Experience with PPAP, APQP, PFMEA/DFMEA, and First Article Inspection for PCBs.
• Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-600, IPC-6012, IPC-6013, IPC-4101, IPC-4552, IPC-TM-650).
• Ability to read 2D drawings, Gerber/ODB++, and stack-up designs.
