Audit and embed supplier processes to reduce cost, lead-times, and quality issues
On-site audits to root cause supplier quality issues
Assess and improve supplier capabilities aligned with engineering priorities
Provide technical guidance on part specs, processes, and quality measures
Track supplier performance and drive corrective actions and improvements

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in manufacturing environment/engineering
CAD: SolidWorks or CATIA; read 2D drawings
Electrical CAD tools; schematics/PCB drawings
M.S. in Mechanical/Electrical/Aerospace or equivalent
Root-cause analysis and problem solving
Travel to suppliers ~50%+ of time
