📋 Description

Lead supplier performance across quality, cost, delivery, and scalability.
Collaborate with Contract Manufacturers and Product Development to meet manufacturing requirements.
Evaluate, select, and develop suppliers; optimize processes for cost reductions.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor or equivalent in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering.
5-8 years in engineering/manufacturing; 5+ years in supplier management and development.
Experience with DFM reviews, SPC/DOE, GD&T, metrology, and data analysis.
Strong negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Willing to travel 20-25% domestically/internationally.
