Supplier Operations & Co-Manufacturing Inspector (F&B)

📋 Description

• Serve as the Company’s primary local contact for co-manufacturers, suppliers, and inspection
• Conduct regular factory and supplier visits (announced and unannounced); monitor production
• Enforce quality management policies and specifications
• Track production schedules, raw-material and packaging availability, finished-goods inventory
• Identify and escalate risks involving production delays, quality deviations, capacity constraints
• Coordinate corrective-action plans with co-manufacturers and follow through until issues are

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Vietnamese and strong written and spoken English.
• 5–10+ years of experience in manufacturing, food/beverage/CPG, packaging, supply chain
• Demonstrated experience working directly with factories, co-manufacturers, or suppliers.
• Strong understanding of production planning, quality systems, and supplier performance management.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSSC, or similar quality systems is preferred.
• Strong Excel, reporting, and project-management skills.
