Be the local contact for co-manufacturers, suppliers, and inspectors.
Visit factories regularly; monitor production, inventory, quality, and shipping readiness.
Enforce quality policies and specifications.
Track production, materials, inventory, and shipment dates.
Identify and escalate supplier risks and performance issues.
Coordinate corrective actions and follow through to resolution.

🎯 Requirements

Fluent Vietnamese and strong written/spoken English.
5–10+ years in manufacturing, food/CPG, packaging, supply chain, or QA.
Experience with factories/co-manufacturers or suppliers.
Understanding of production planning and supplier performance management.
Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSSC or similar systems is preferred.
Strong Excel, reporting, and project-management skills.
