Supplier Quality Inspector

📋 Description

• Perform receiving inspection of flight hardware against 2D Drawings and Part Specifications per
• Support multiple commodities (machined parts, assemblies and systems, PCBA, Harnesses).
• Document and manage Non-Conformances; create Non Conformance Tickets; communicate
• Provide feedback to Engineering Teams to ensure efficiency of Work Orders and Inspection Procedures.
• Interface with Engineering and Production Teams to drive resolution of Non-Conformances.
• Inspect hardware quality documentation like Certificates of Conformance and End Item Data Packages

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of inspection experience in aerospace, military or manufacturing environments.
• Experience reading/interpreting design drawings and CAD models.
• Experience using metrology manual gauges (micrometer, height gauge, caliper, go/no-go gauges).
• Experience using a microscope to visualize and photograph defects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong teamwork.
• Ability to work independently with initiative, detail oriented; willing to work overtime/weekends
