Supplier Quality Manager

📋 Description

• Establish and maintain quality standards aligned with best practices.
• Lead contract negotiations; define QAAs, warranties, penalties.
• Manage supplier qualification; AVL, on-site and remote audits.
• Drive supplier scorecards and SCAR processes for root-cause elimination.
• Improve supply chain resilience; optimize packaging and logistics.
• Develop IQC/SQ strategy; mentor a high-performance team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters in Electrical/Mechanical Eng or related field.
• 3+ years in Supplier Quality Management in electronics, systems, or automotive.
• Proficient at interpreting complex drawings, specs, schematics.
• Deep ISO 9001 knowledge (mandatory).
• Mastery of APQP, PPAP, 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA.
• English (Intermediate+); Mandarin helpful for Asian manufacturers.
