📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery plans for power and cooling equipment across a regional portfolio of
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, and suppliers to align delivery milestones with site
• Manage supplier performance, resolve delays, and develop recovery plans (expedite, partial
• Lead delivery reviews with OEMs/integrators and escalate risks to leadership with recommended
• Oversee transportation, storage, inspections, and documentation to ensure on-site readiness.
• Track metrics (on-time delivery, schedule drift, escalation cycle time) to drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in supply chain delivery, construction management, or related fields supporting
• Hands-on experience with critical power/cooling equipment (transformers, switchgear, UPS, chillers
• Strong cross-functional escalation management and communication skills.
• Understanding of construction schedules; experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project is valuable.
• Analytical, data-management skills; ability to build trackers, dashboards, and delivery reports.
• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; or equivalent
