Own end-to-end supply chain management for Blue Bottle Hong Kong cafés
Implement cost-effective fulfillment strategies and ensure regulatory compliance
Coordinate 3PLs, domestic execution, and import/export activities
Develop item-level demand forecasts and manage inventory across channels
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and external partners
Lead continuous improvement to reduce waste and mitigate supply risks

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Sourcing in Food & Beverage or FMCG
Strong English, Mandarin, and Cantonese communication
Data analysis proficiency
Experience with supply chain digital optimization
Familiarity with local import regulations and food quality standards (preferred)
Passion for great coffee, food, and guest experience
