Supply Chain Manager - Chemicals

📋 Description

• Lead performance and management of assigned chemical supply chains
• Oversee SIOP and S&OE processes for demand, capacity, and inventory
• Develop and execute short- and long-term supply plans
• Manage inventory health and working capital
• Monitor OTIF delivery metrics and drive improvements
• Collaborate with transportation, warehousing, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and commercial

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related
• 5+ years in supply chain, materials planning, purchasing, sourcing, operations, or production
• Strong understanding of S&OP/MRP and demand fulfillment
• Experience SAP or comparable ERP; proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
• Business and financial acumen; balance service, inventory, cost objectives
• ASCM CPIM or CSCP preferred or willingness to obtain
